Human Genome-Wide CRISPRa sgRNA Library

This pooled sgRNA library is designed to work with deactivated spCas9 (dCas9) complexed with a VPR activator to activate gene expression. The library targets 18,919 human genes with five sgRNAs per gene and includes 1,000 non-targeting control sgRNAs, for a total of 95,729 sgRNAs. The design is based on Horlbeck et al., eLife 2016;5
The library is cloned into an all-in-one activation vector: V459-pACT-ALL-T3-hCMV-Puro.
